What if God was true, but on a limited basis? This would be a cause for great concern; however, this is quelled by the fact that He is both true and faithful.
The God of the Bible is a God of truth. On the other hand, the Devil is the great enemy of truth. The Bible says of him, “there is no truth in him.”
There are issues in which believers will disagree. In such cases, we should understand that we will independently stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
At times, believers tend to get at odds with other believers. Instead, we should be thankful for our fellow believers and the benefits they bring to the body.
Christianity was never intended to be made up of mindless and robotic men and women. People can come to different conclusions without being sinful in doing so.
Christ was no thief, but He allowed Himself to be crucified with and for thieves. Why did He allow this? Love compelled Him to bear the sins of many.
The soul that sins shall bear his iniquity. How does a man bear his iniquity? The answer is quite simple: by suffering the consequences of those sins.
People in the world are generally quite self-centered. Even saved people are often lovers of their own selves instead of preferring one another.
There are times when we attempt to do the right thing only to have our motive judged as impure. In such times, we can learn much from David's example.
