The queen of Sheba did not believe the words she had heard about Solomon and the glory of his reign until she had seen it for herself. This supports the truth of the old saying: seeing is believing. But does it?
Abel lived about 6,000 years ago. He did not leave behind any books. In fact, we do not have a single quotation from his lips. Yet, God gives testimony that he being dead yet speaks.
In order to go to heaven, we need more than a ticket; we must be righteous. How do we get that righteousness?
What is the righteousness of God? As with many truths in scripture, it has meaning beyond the obvious. And, as with the truth of God’s word, its meaning is eternally important and has the power to save and to sanctify us.
The Laver of the Tabernacle was replaced with ten lavers and the Molten Sea in Solomon’s Temple. The temple was a picture of the glorified Christ. This message looks at the significance of the Molten Sea.
