God’s word contains many divine patterns. They demonstrate the hand of God. Some themes, such as blood redemption and the kingdom of God, run the length of scripture. God often uses patterns of objects, colors, words and events to demonstrate His handiwork. Only God could bring together 66 books written by 40 human authors over 1600 years into such perfect unity.
Ecclesiastes declares the absolute vanity of all things under the sun. Biblical vanity does not refer to an excessive care on good looks. Biblical vanity is emptiness or worthlessness.
The gap in Genesis is one of those subjects over which many believers will split. Yet, it is the only explanation for several supposed contradictions.
There is a war that has been raging for thousands of years. You will not read about it in your local newspaper: CNN, ABC, and NBC will not be bringing the updates to your living room. The world tries to ignore it, but truly you are on one side or the other.

The attacks on the Word of God are threefold: addition, subtraction, and substitution. From Adam’s day to the computer age, the strategies have remained the same. There is nothing new under the sun.
