As an expression of God’s creative power, the stars cause us to praise the Lord. As an object of worship, the stars lead to destruction. But those who serve God in righteousness will shine as the stars forever. Let us all worship and serve our great Creator.
The distance between man and God is great. This is partly based on the greatness of God, but the distance is magnified even more by the lowliness of man.
Evidently, at least in the past, there was a creature in the oceans called leviathan. However, as you study the description in Job 41, you will see that it does not match any known creature today.
