My wife said something to me last night that raised my eyebrow. She said when Jesus died (was crucified), that he came back to life (in the flesh) and walked the earth for 81 days. I know that when Jesus died, his soul arose from the dead. But not in the flesh. Which is right?
Concerning the timeline of the Lord's appearances after His resurrections given in the four gospels, Matthew says that Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to the tomb as it began to dawn (Luke also lists Joanna). John only mentions Mary Magdalene. Clearly there were other women there and the Holy Spirit makes that clear in the other passages. In trying to understand the sequence of events by studying each of the gospels, there appears to be a couple of different possible timelines. What are your thoughts?

Can you tell me what the flower that is "the lily of the valley" symbolically referred to Christ? I would like to know if this is the same 'lily' promoted as the 'Easter lily'. After examining some of the roots of the holiday called "Easter", it is easy to see that most of this 'holiday' has nothing to do with the Resurrection of Christ. I have read information that the "Easter Lily" falls into the category of non-Christ related holiday decorations... however, my mother says Christ was the Lily of the Valley. Can you tell me more about this flower and whether or not it truly is Biblical with the "Easter" celebration?
I recently heard a preacher (who believed in a post-trib rapture) say that since 1 Corinthians 15:52 says we are raptured at the "last trump, for the trumpet shall sound" and that the last trump doesn't sound until Revelation 11:15 and that there cannot be 2 last trumpets that the rapture must occur at the end of the great tribulation. I have tried to study this out for myself but I know I'm missing something and I would appreciate any insight you can give me on this.
